This week at the RBE Library, our 2nd graders came in for a station activity on map skills. The lesson that I used form the district to base this activity on had many things that the students needed to do and learn.
There were 6 different stations. At each station the students had to read maps, look at atlases, use databases, and find information. The students completed this Map Skills Activity Page by answering 4 questions at each station. Each station also had a sign, here are the Map Skills Station Signs.
