This is about a girl who is going to get to train a dog to be a service dog. The dog’s name is Sprocket, and he is a fast trick learner. Then she has had too much bonding with him so it is hard for her to let go of him. Nicki also makes a new friend name Kris who has trouble getting along with Nicki’s best friend Rebecca. As the story goes on there are more surprises, and wonderful events.
My favorite part of the book is when Nicki falls in love with Sprocket her loving and cute dog. She can’t let go of him, but when she does she cries. Now find out more when you read it.
If you like dogs, and helping people you will have to enjoy this spectacular book.
This book’s genre is realistic fiction and fantasy. This book’s story line is thoughtful, heart-warming, scary. This book left me feeling cheerful, curious, grateful, hopeful, inspired, surprised, touched. On a scale of 1-5, I give this book a 5.
