This book is about a girl named Rory who couldn’t wait to be twelve. She thinks that when you turn a certain age, you can have certain type of gifts. But when her birthday comes and she tries to do and get the things she wanted, Rory realized turning twelve isn’t all it cracks up to be. After some gruesome results from her wishes, she just wished that some of them would never happen. Will it ever get better?
My favorite part of the book was when Rory and her friend got to be extras in a movie.
